Childbirth Education

Group Classes

Group Classes offer an environment to be with others in a similar stage of pregnancy that become a system of support as you go through all the changes and new things to come.

Classes are offered once a month and have between 3 and 6 families. You are still in an intimate environment with like minded families, preparing for this joyous occassion.

Classes are over 6 weeks and each class is about 2 hours.​

VBAC Group Classes

VBAC Classes are a great chance to meet and talk to other families who are also facing the challenges that come with a VBAC birth. Whether a VBAC, a VBA3C, or any other amount of births, you will meet others who are searching for tools and knowledge to help them prepare well for labor and delivery.

VBAC Classes have education and evidenced based techniques that are specific to VBACs as well as specific time for ACOG recommendations and the scientific facts about VBAC births.

Classes are over 8 weeks and each class is about 2 hours.​​​

Individual Classes

Individual Classes are for those who are looking for more direct attention in their education. These classes are great for VBAC parents as well.

​

Sometimes we need the time and space to be able to ask questions without others being present. This time allows a little more flexibility to ask questions and have more space to move slowly through the comfort measures.

Individual Classes are over 6 weeks and each class is about 2 hours.
