A postpartum doula is different from a baby nurse as they are trained to help both MOM and BABY adjust to their new lives together outside of the womb. A postpartum doula can help with breastfeeding, night feedings/wake ups, making sure mom and baby get bonding time and the family is taken care of.

While she is a TOLAC (trial of labor after cesarean) until she has baby in her arms, there are many things to think about differently during labor. A VBAC Doula can help to achieve the goal of a VBAC (as long as medically appropriate) with evidence based techniques and knowledge.
